1st pics of the newly discovered 'See Emily Play' from 'Top Of The Pops'

The brilliant news that Pink Floyd's July 6th 1967 'Top Of The Pops' appearance, performing 'See Emily Play' has been found, albeit on a poor quality videotape, has been much talked about on various Floyd and Barrett forums recently. Now, thanks to the latest edition of 'MOJO' magazine, here are the 1st pics from the video itself!! The 1st 2 show presenter Alan Freeman introducing the band and the other 8 are from the performance. Let's hope it's not too long before we can see this amazing find in all it's moving picture glory!! To read about what 'MOJO' had to say then get the latest issue, Jan 2010.

Oh, my gosh!
This has been talked for a few months now, with all us hard core fans practically itching for a view of the footage, whatever condition it may be in.
Definitely historic stuff, especially since I am unaware of any live recordings of the boys performing "Emily" at all.

fantastic i hope the bbc make a big deal about this discovery, perhaps a programme about the discovery and restoration followed by a full screening would be excellent!
